sou.com.tr asks you for personal information (name, age, address and similar) in order to serve you better. Only the customer can access the information they enter into the system, and only the customer can change it. It is not possible for anyone else to access or alter that information.

Information collected and stored within the framework set by law is used solely within Soylu Orman Ürünleri, for building promotional activity suited to customer profiles and for the customer “classification” work that keeps unwanted email from being sent.

Soylu Orman Ürünleri never shares the information it gathers during the shopping process with third parties without the customer’s knowledge or against their instructions, does not use it commercially for any purpose outside its own operations, and does not sell it.

Every email sent from sou.com.tr carries an unsubscribe link at the foot of the message. You can stop receiving our emails at any time using that link, or by writing to us at info@sou.com.tr.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK). Under that law you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information about it, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to request that your data be deleted.
