Returns policy

Soylu Orman Ürünleri ships by courier, freight depot, lorry and articulated lorry. If your order is in stock it is handed to the carrier within one to four working days on average; if it is not in stock, within seven working days. Estimated delivery times are calculated in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a holiday are processed on the first working day and begin shipping within one to four working days. You will receive an email when your order is handed to the carrier.

You may request a return for fourteen days from the date you receive the goods. The item must be in its original box or packaging, unused, and still fit for resale.

To return an item, complete the form on the reverse of the invoice in full, mark it as a return request, and send the goods back within fourteen days of receipt. Returns sent without the invoice cannot be accepted.

Cut-to-size goods, products manufactured to your specification and opened packs of adhesive or chemical products fall outside the right of withdrawal.

Once we have received and checked the returned goods, the refund is made within fourteen days to the payment method used for the order. Where the return arises from a fault or an error on our part, the return carriage is paid by us.

Please check the packaging before signing for a delivery. If there is visible damage, have the carrier record it on the delivery note and let us know the same day.
