Delivery and returns guarantee

The dispatch date of your order may vary depending on the other items in your basket. We promise to do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If your order is in stock it is handed to the carrier within one to four working days; if it is not, within seven working days. You will receive an email as soon as it is dispatched.

You may request a return within fourteen days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and fit for resale. Where the return arises from a fault or an error on our part, we pay the return carriage.

Please check the packaging before signing for a delivery. If there is visible damage, have the carrier record it on the delivery note and contact us the same day.
